Perfect storm day

A whirlwind of a day with the trades - and no fights!  Working on the outside, we had the stucco guys on the North wall, George and a helper doing the soffits and some work on the copper roof, Juvenal doing the trim prep areas at the roof level and Virgilio finishing the roof sections and flat on the porch.

Inside, we had the tapers back for round 2, Sam cleaning up and prospective painters and tile providers touring the place.  Busy, busy, busy!

Drywall taping

Drywall taping has begun. Alvarino has a crew of 3 guys that are going non-stop, starting with the big corner and joint fills.
