It was one of those mornings, when two trades were bumping into each other a bit. I try to avoid this at all costs usually, but in this case, I had to get the pool guys to get their materials into the backyard before it became inaccessible due to the excavation.
When a conflict is going to happen, I make sure I'm on site. It's much easier for someone to get mad if you're not there. After some initial heated discussion, we worked everything out nicely, and now we have all of the pool stuff in the back and the demolition can continue.
